As we reflect over the years, we celebrate 10 themes that have been a constant:

But this moment is about more than just looking back — it’s about facing what’s ahead.
We are living in a time of rising authoritarianism, where people are being disappeared by ICE, where detention centers are being expanded, where Cop Cities are planned in dozens of cities, where surveillance is increasing. The hard-fought wins we have celebrated in the past decades are too often being dismantled, and we’re fighting once again for the right to live freely.
It’s not the first time this country has faced repression, but the level of impunity is unprecedented. Fascism is no longer a future threat — it’s at our doorstep. And we must challenge it.
That means turning to the wisdom of those who came before us, standing firm in the lessons we’ve learned, and coming together to protect our futures.
Vision Change Win was founded by Ejeris Dixon — a fearless, visionary, Black, queer strategist in the fight to realize abolitionist and anti-fascist futures. From a literal dream, Vision Change Win was born and nurtured to grow into the robust organization of today.
Ten years later, we are still here because you’ve been with us. In the weeks ahead, we’ll share stories, memories, and moments that have shaped our collective work. We’ll also carve out space to imagine what’s next — and how we get there together.
