No, GIFTS is structured so that participants can go at their own pace. Each person you registered can complete the series in one month or in up to four months. Organizations sending multiple participants should encourage participants to choose the pace that works for them. For example, two people can take 101 in June and two people can take 101 in July, and then all four could take 202 in August, or any other schedule that works for them!
