Can I apply for both the 2025-2026 Fellowship and the 2026 Security School beginner cohort?
Yes! To strengthen internal safety practices and leadership, we encourage organizations to consider applying for both cohorts. Individuals may also apply to both cohorts as long as they are representing an organization in each cohort. Reach out to inquire about discounted tuition.
Do I need to be a part of an organization to apply for the 2025-2026 Fellowship?
Yes. The fellowship cohort is available to those who have first completed and graduated from the beginner, first year security school track and are currently part of an organization.
Is the 2025-2026 Fellowship open to people who have security experience but have not yet completed at least one year of Security School?
Not at this time. The fellowship cohort is only available to those who have first completed and graduated from the beginner, first year security school track.

Who should be a 2026 Security School representative, Do all representatives need to be confirmed now?
Organizations may apply to send between two (2) – five (5) representatives to join the school.Organizations may request to send more than five (5) representatives, and these requests will beapproved or denied based on space and capacity. Each organization must have at least one (1)confirmed representative in order to apply.
What information is needed to fill out the application?
● Total annual Organization budget amount● General information on Organization (mission statement, communities served, organization age)● Name and contact information of organization’s finance point person● Name and contact information of at least one (1) Security School Representative
Who should fill out the application?
The organization application should be filled out by (or in coordination with) someone who is also planning to be a representative of your group in the school. This application includes payment information and scholarship information. (All organizations, including those who have been sponsored by a funder, must fill out both the organization applications)

No, as a safety precaution we do not share training slides. Most of the curriculum can be found in the Get in Formation Toolkit.
