VCW receives an influx of crisis support requests before national elections. We generally are not offering tailored safety & security trainings this month, except in very rare instances.

If you are experiencing an urgent threat or are anticipating a threat, we recommend you check out our rapid response system to submit a ticket for support.

If you are interested in community safety & security support after the election or any support that is not related to safety & security, we are accepting requests through the form below. We particularly have capacity for:
–Pair or group mediations for people in active conflict
–Trainings or workshops on generative conflict and working through conflict (for orgs not in active conflict)
–HR, Finance, and Operations support. Includes coaching for HR or finance teams, support in creating policies and practices, or other support.
–Retreat facilitation (virtual or in-person) for staff and/or board, ideally with 10-12 weeks notice

Please note that VCW engages independent highly-skilled consultants providing specialized services to satisfy the needs of clients where VCW does not have personnel providing such specialized resources.
