VCW Rapid Response Coordinator

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Location: Remote (with 40% travel expected)

As Vision Change Win’s Rapid Response Coordinator you will oversee the public rapid response system and implementation, provide crisis intervention, risk assessment and support, offer training, and build key movement relationships to ensure we are building the safety and security capacity of social justice organizations and fostering a stronger progressive safety and security sector and culture. As support staff for our growing Community Safety department, you’ll have enthusiasm for supporting other staff and consultants in achieving collective goals, savvy for managing resources for the work, a deep attention to detail, courageous yet compassionate communication skills, and a passion for liberation movements. Given the nature of this role in responding to crises, you will have strong self- and collective-care skills and work with VCW proactively to avoid burnout.
